I was at a Tennis Facility and noticed the "Stringer's room" contained a racket on the stringing machine that was partly strung (all of the mains and half of the crosses)
I asked if the stringer was around and was told he wasn't in today but would be back tomorrow.
Imagine the stress on the frame of a tennis racket when it is left in a half strung state, Now imagine it was your racket!
I guarantee that I will never subject a frame to that kind of abuse!
I always gauge the time required to fully complete any stringing job and treat the racket as if it were my own!
I will not name the facility but I will have a quiet word with the stringer when I am there next!
