However in most cases exercises can and will help.
You need to concentrate on stretching the toes toward the foot, or holding the foot in a contracted position over night to help.
That is way I have purchased a "brace" which holds the foot in a position to help the healing process.
Not for me but for my brother Mike who has this condition for about 9 months, I will let you know how he gets on when it has been delivered.

1st March 2017, Well Mike has been using the boot off and on in the last 2 weeks and with the exercises as well to stretch the Toes back towards the legs using a towel has managed to play 4 sets of doubles today with the heal area only a little sore.
So perhaps we are heading in the right direction, only time will tell!
